1. Digital Products Only

SL EDU offers exclusively digital products (PDF documents, study materials, past papers, etc.). We do not sell or ship physical products. All purchases are delivered electronically via digital download.

2. Delivery Method

Upon successful payment, your purchased products will be delivered through the following methods:

2.1 Instant Access
  • Immediate access through your account dashboard
  • Download links available in "My Purchases" section
  • Files stored on Google Drive for reliable delivery
2.2 Email Delivery
  • Order confirmation email sent immediately after payment
  • Email contains download links and access instructions
  • Sent to the email address associated with your account

3. Delivery Timeframe

3.1 Standard Delivery
  • Immediate: Most products are available for download instantly after payment confirmation
  • Email Delivery: Confirmation email sent within 5 minutes of successful payment
  • Account Access: Products appear in your account dashboard within 1-2 minutes
3.2 Delayed Delivery

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Payment gateway processing delays (up to 24 hours)
  • System maintenance or technical issues
  • Payment verification for fraud prevention

If you don't receive your product within 24 hours, please contact support.

4. How to Access Your Purchase

4.1 Via Account Dashboard
  1. Log in to your SL EDU account
  2. Navigate to "My Purchases" or "Downloads"
  3. Click on the product you purchased
  4. Click the "Download" button
  5. Save the file to your device
4.2 Via Email Link
  1. Check your email inbox for the order confirmation
  2. Look for email from: noreply@sledu.lk
  3. Click the download link in the email
  4. Save the file to your device

5. Download Instructions

5.1 File Format
  • All documents are in PDF format
  • Compatible with all devices (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS)
  • Requires a PDF reader (Adobe Reader, browser, etc.)
5.2 Download Limits
  • You can download each purchased product up to 5 times
  • Download links remain valid for 30 days from purchase date
  • After 30 days, access the product through your account dashboard
  • Lifetime access to purchased products in your account
5.3 Storage
  • We recommend saving files to your device immediately
  • Create backup copies on cloud storage or external drives
  • We are not responsible for lost files after download

6. Email Delivery Issues

6.1 Email Not Received

If you haven't received your order confirmation email within 1 hour:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Add noreply@sledu.lk to your contacts
  • Verify the email address in your account settings
  • Check "All Mail" or "Archive" folders
  • Wait up to 24 hours for payment processing
6.2 Incorrect Email Address
  • Update your email address in account settings
  • Contact support with your order details
  • We can resend the confirmation to the correct email

7. Failed Downloads

7.1 Common Issues

If downloads fail or are interrupted:

  • Internet Connection: Ensure stable internet connection
  • Browser Issues: Try a different browser or clear cache
  • File Size: Large files may take time to download
  • Download Manager: Disable download managers temporarily
  • Antivirus: Temporarily disable antivirus software
7.2 Corrupted Files

If the downloaded file is corrupted:

  • Try downloading again (doesn't count towards limit)
  • Use a different device or browser
  • Contact support for assistance
  • We will provide a fresh download link

8. Multiple Devices

  • You can download products on multiple devices
  • Log in to your account on any device to access purchases
  • No device restrictions for personal use
  • Sharing downloads with others is prohibited

9. Re-Downloads

  • All purchased products are stored in your account permanently
  • You can re-download at any time through your account
  • No additional charges for re-downloads
  • Updated versions of products are free for existing purchasers

10. Order Tracking

10.1 Order Status

Check your order status:

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to "Order History" or "Transactions"
  • View order details, payment status, and download links
10.2 Status Types
  • Pending: Payment being processed
  • Completed: Payment successful, product available
  • Failed: Payment failed, no charge made
  • Refunded: Payment refunded, access revoked

11. Subscription Deliveries

11.1 Monthly Subscriptions
  • Access granted immediately upon subscription
  • New content available as it's published
  • Access continues until subscription ends or is cancelled
11.2 Annual Subscriptions
  • Immediate access to all current and future content
  • 12 months of uninterrupted access
  • Renewal reminders sent 30 days before expiry

  • Downloads may save to device's Download folder
