SL EDU provides educational resources, including PDF documents, past papers, model papers, study materials, and other educational content for students in Sri Lanka. We also offer premium services and digital products for purchase.

4.1 Pricing
  • All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

4.2 Payment Processing
  • Payments are processed through PayHere, a secure payment gateway
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other methods supported by PayHere
  • All payments are processed in accordance with PayHere's terms and conditions
  • Payment information is transmitted directly to PayHere and is not stored on our servers
4.3 Order Confirmation
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after successful payment
  • The confirmation email contains download links or access instructions
  • Check your spam folder if you don't receive the confirmation within 24 hours

5. Digital Products and Content

5.1 License Grant

When you purchase a digital product from SL EDU, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Download and view the product for personal, non-commercial use
  • Print one copy for personal study purposes
  • Store the file on your personal devices
5.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Share, distribute, or resell the products to third parties
  • Upload products to file-sharing or public websites
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
  • Remove copyright notices or watermarks
  • Use products for commercial purposes without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content
  • All content on SL EDU is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws
  • Trademarks, logos, and service marks belong to SL EDU or their respective owners
  • Unauthorized use of any content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws
6.2 User-Generated Content
  • You retain ownership of content you upload or submit
  • By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it
  • You represent that you have all rights to the content you submit
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms

7. Copyright Infringement

15. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations
  • If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka
  • The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
